A baby boy born with eight limbs in Uganda is said to be "recovering well" after undergoing major surgery to remove his "parasitic twin."
Paul Mukisa had four of his extra limbs—- two arms and two legs — surgically detached in the delicate operation last month.
The now 4-month-old also had to have his wrongly-positioned heart and liver moved by medics at Mulago Hospital in Kampala. His parents Margaret Awino and Boniface Okongo, from Nabigingo village, say he is now "recovering well" and breastfeeding from his mother.
