Well Arm Robbers Attack Bullion Van and made away with Money: GRAPHIC PHOTO

It was a bad day for some policemen escorting a bullion van belonging to an old generation bank as they were waylaid by dare-devil armed robbers who opened fire on the team before cruising away majestically with the cash-laden van at Elemoso village, Ondo State. The robbers perforated the van with bullets in an operation that lasted for 7 minutes. 

The Ondo State Commissioner of Police, Isaac Eke, says he suspects conspiracy in the attack. He said official booking of security was not made at the Police Operations Department before the assignment was carried out. Also, none of the escort police officers in the convoy had reported to the station and their whereabouts remain unknown.
