Adultery has been Legalized South Korea : SEE

The apex court of South Korea has ruled that adultery is no longer a crime, revoking a 1953 law which previously attract purnishment of 2 years inprisonment of cheating spouses.
Since 2008, about 5,500 people have been convicted.

A 9 man panel that sat on the case, seven deemed the law unconstitutional. Presiding judge Park Han-Chul said public conceptions of individuals' sexual rights had changed.
"Even if adultery should be condemned as immoral, state power should not intervene in individuals' private lives," he said.
