See Pictorial Representation of how APC Sweeps Out PDP

APC over the weekend swept to victory in the governorship and House of Assembly elections conducted across the country. LEADERSHIP reports that governorship election was conducted in 29 states while House of Assembly elections held in the 36 states of the federation.

According to the results released by INEC, APC have so far won in 21 states while the PDP won in 9.

The states won by the APC, according to INEC, are:
Lagos, Oyo, Ogun, Katsina, Adamawa, Jigawa, Kano, Nasarawa, Sokoto, Kebbi, Yobe, Bauchi, Kaduna, Niger, Borno, Plateau, Benue, Kwara, Plateau, Zamfara and Imo States

The PDP, however, claimed victory in Enugu, Ebonyi, Cross River, Gombe, Akwa Ibom, Rivers, Abia, Taraba, and Delta states.
