10 Year old Boy Beats 90 Year old Woman to Death in Bed

A 10 year old Cleveland boy has admitted to holding a cane over a 90 year old woman's throat and punching her in the face while she laid in bed , killing her. All this because she yelled at him.  He said she yelled at him and order him to leave and he got upset by her reaction, picked a wooden cane and hooked it around her neck using the staff to pull here onto the bed and punching her numerous times.
"I killed the lady, I. Wanted to hurt her.." He said
The boy is charged as an adult with criminal homicide. 

I was wondering what everyone else thinks about this 10 year old being charged as an adult? Personally Im ok with it I say lock him up forever.
