Super Eagles goal keeper Vincent Enyeama is one of five footballers nominated for the 2014 BBC African Footballer of the Year Award.

 Enyeama is the only footballer on the list, Punch reports.
Other players nominated are: Ivory Coast’s Gervinho of AS Roma, Algeria forward Yacine Brahimi of FC Porto, Gabonese forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, and Yaya Toure of Ivory Coast – who is getting his 6th consecutive nomination for the prestigious award.

The winner will be picked by African football fans via an online/SMS voting process. BBC will announce the winner on December 1st.
