All Progressives Congress, Muhammadu Buhari, has be summone to court by judge, Justice Adeniyi Ademola from the Federal High Court, Abuja, slated for monday February 9 for mention and hearing of a suit seeking the disqualification of the APC presidential candidate from contesting the February 14 election.

The court also ordered that Mr. Buhari be served the court documents ahead of the hearing.
The court ordered a new suit be file and served to Buhari asking INEC to disqualify him from contesting Election on Feb 14 or any other day the election might be held.
