27-year-old man rapes 2-year-old girl to death in Kaduna

Shehu Bashir, who is 27-year-old, idenified as  has been arrested for raping a two-year-old girl to death in Sabo Gari LGA of Kaduna State. Shehu Bashir was arrested after a complaint by the father of the girl. After confessing to the crime, Shehu said he regretted his action and pleaded for mercy.

Meanwhile the Police spokesman, DSP Abdullahi Zubairu, who confirmed the incident said the case file had been transferred to the homicide department for investigation.
