Dollar Naira exchange rate is now $1 to N185 at the parallel market. Bureau De Change operators attributed its fall to the release of Dollars by hoarders who had stored it pending the outcome of the presidential elections.A dollar over the weekend sold for N185 against the usual N220-N240. Another reason given was that politicians have stopped campaigning for elections, which has made the demand for Dollars drop.
