Movement is Still Restricted during environmental sanitation - LAGOS GOVERNMENT wins court Case

The Lagos state government says restriction of Movement during the monthly sanitation exercise has not been annulled. According to their post on their Facebook page, a federal high court today granted a stay of execution on the March 16th High court verdict nullifying the restriction of movement during environmental sanitation exercise in the state.
