Court case between Homosexuals in the world and Woman on behalf of God loses case

Sylvia Ann Driskell, a Nebraska woman, contended that all homosexuals know homosexuality is a sin and that they are liars and deceivers and thieves. She prosecuted them on behalf of ‘God and His Son, Jesus Christ’ and claims to be their ‘Ambassador’.

She laid out her arguments in a seven-page hand written petition to the United State District Court of Omaha.

She asked that U.S. District Judge, John M. Gerrard, to decide once and for all whether homosexuality is or isn’t a sin. She didn’t have any legal precedent to fall back on, instead she quotes from the Bible and puts forward dictionary definitions of sin. She argued by quoting from Leviticus, writing:

 ‘Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind. It is an abomination.’ She had her case thrown out by a court.
