The Lebanese owned Chocolat Royal at 267A, AIM Plaza, Etim Inyang Crescent, Victoria Island, Lagos, was yesternight shutdown by NAFDAC over allegations of using loads of expired products in making their pastries, ice creams and tea.

They allegedly intentionally buy these products that have few months of validity when ordering from abroad because the manufacturers sell then with great discounts.
