According to reports reaching us, a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja today 24th November has discharged and acquitted Aminu Oguche, the alleged mastermind of the Nyanya Abuja bomb blast which killed over 60 people in Abuja.

According to the News Agency of Nigeria, the court in it’s ruling, dismissed the two counts terrorism charges brought against him and freed him based on lack of diligent prosecution by the state.

This Same guy said

“I don’t deny that I am the executioner of the Nyanya bomb incident. I did it in order to draw government’s attention to our demands.We want our detained colleagues released and compensation paid to those of our colleagues who were killed by the federal troops during operations. We want Islamic rule in the whole of northern Nigeria. Western education is a sin against Allah. It’s time for dialogue between government and Boko Haram leaders for the way out of the deadlock,” Read his full confession here. Is this statement not evident enough to pin him down. Hmmmm this is so sad.

Not only have those victims been neglected according to channels TV they mastermind of the monsterous act has been set free.
