Ebola: Genetically Modified Biological Weapon?

According to Daily Observer, Ebola is genetically modified for destruction and the test subjects are Africans. They claim this has gone as far back the 1970s.

God help us. If only our African leaders could put heads together and fund research, give incentives to encouragebmore researchers, we won't have to run to the westerners for treatment at all. We need to renew our thinking.
